Pastor Elizabeth Maas

Pastor & Food Distribtion/Event Coordinator

Ordained  Minister/Evangelist, Abstract Artist, Musician(Vocal),Published Author of 5 books,  Jewlery artist, and Humanitarian Workrer on Behalf of Children, Adults and Elderly in the community and Worldwide:

As a Graduate of University of California at Davis in Psychology/Sociology and contiued education with certifications in advanced learning in areas of Crisis intervention, Hospice care, Homelesss Support Worker, and Health Education, Elizabeth's mission  and objective is to support Housing, Health, Education, & Safety on behalf of Children and Adults with life Challeneges.; her helping hand serves in a diverse and expansive capacity, ranging from providing emergency supplies and food to offering crisis intervention, referals/resources, peer support and professional services.

Michael Papin

The consultant: Nutrition Aid/Community Food Distributor

Mr. Papin received a B.A. degree in Political Science from CA State University, Northridge, and a M.A.
degree in Political Science from Texas A & M University. He was employed by the State of California for 34 years in the CA Department of Social Services, where most recently, he served as Policy Chief in the CalFresh (formerly Food Stamp) Program.

Although now retired, Mr. Papin remains active in the community volunteering at the River City FoodBank, and with an active partnership in volunteering with Yeshua House of Israel, a home-based outside-the-walls church, a church in motion, on behalf of the homeless community at Caesar Chavez Plaza & First St.

Michael is an officer with the Striving for Achievement Foundation which provides mentorship as well as other services for youth participants.

His other passions are sports, music, and travel. His philosophy is “life is a journey, not a destination!”

Alvin Kimbrough

Event Team Member/ Resource Distribution

Alvin values emphasis on maintaining the fact that his greatest skills are motivating others by providing guidance, support, education, and techniques that provide practical applications and effective solutions to problems that arise.

Alvin, as a restorative justice practitioner, is all about impacting others toward progress, healing, resolution, and positive change, from inside out, through supporting social justice. Alvin works hard within his community to protect, restore and promote equality and justice for all, regardless of race, gender, political affiliation, or economic status; his primary vision and emphasis is to work toward achieving racial justice, advocacy for political changes, promoting diversity, equity and inclusion within society.

Alvin is a counselor, emancipator of the human soul, and an encourager to individuals experiencing the low times, and the high times; his finest qualities include resourcefulness, professionalism, kindness and empathy.

Alvin has recently felt a calling to assist and partner with Yeshua House Of Israel, Outside The Walls, A Church In Motion, in helping support the homeless community as a humanitarian, community outreach associate and a political activist to work toward improving health, housing, safety and wellness for the homeless community through feeding and distribution of emergency supplies and basic living needs from 11.2025 into future events and projects.

Mrs. Kim

Food Distribution, Nutrition Aid Volunteer / Event Team Member

Mrs. Kim, as a humanitarian worker and a volunteer for Yeshua House Of Israel, Outside the Walls, A Church In Motion, on behalf of the homeless community, joined forces and serves as a set of helping hands for the hungry, sick, and broken in need of emergency supplies and food; her mission and objective is not associated with any particular religion or faith, or membership to any particular church, but her vision is to follow the light and to bring forth healing in the lives of those around her.

Kim started working in 2021 in a Medical Surgical Unit as an RN on nights, with 2 nights of orientation due to nursing shortage; she started as a floor nurse, eventually a charge nurse, as well as a floating pool consisting of various departments, such as Telemetry, Postpartum and High Risk Maternity.

In 2022, she started with a SAC General Surgical Neuro ICU, trained in floating to every unit in the hospital except for labor and delivery; additionally, she worked as an RRT RN on nights for 6 years as well as a MICU Charge RN.

Kim recently retired in 2022 on day shift after working for 22 years as a nurse in Maternity and various departments, and has joined as a vital part of the team working in support of food, distribution and emergency supplies for volunteer events, associated with Yeshua House Of Israel, Outside The Walls, A Church In Motion.

Mrs. Kim is an intelligent, passionate, hardworking and productive humanitarian worker for the homeless community, in support of health, healing, hope and safety for the homeless community.

Javier Vindiola

Event Operations Assistant/ Event Team Member

Javier, a young man who wears his heart on his sleeve, is observed by those around him as an inspirational volunteer, witnessed as a hard worker, professional and a compassionate individual for assisting those in need; he is a man made of integrity and good character, always ready to dive into whatever task needs to be accomplished.

Aside from his career working for Tesla with technology, Javier volunteers his time, helping hands and support for Yeshua House Of Israel, Outside The Walls, A Church In Motion on Sundays helping feed the homeless community. We, as a team recently working together, on behalf of supporting health, safety, nutrition and emergency needs for the homeless community, truly appreciate his willingness to volunteer and dedicate his time and helping hands to make sure that the emergency needs of the homeless community are met.
